This is because cigarettes contain nicotine and tar that can cause teeth discoloration. Not just that, it can even cause tartar build up and gingivitis, or worse, mouth cancer. Truth that smoking is an addicting habit, but if you want a healthier lifestyle you should quit from it.

Another factor to consider is the genetics. Some people have natural white teeth compare to others. That might sound unfair, but it is just the way it is. After the application, brush your teeth with natural toothpaste to remove the residue.

Baking soda-hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a known compound for teeth whitening. It is used on most teeth whitening products. Mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Baking soda is not a teeth whitener but it can remove those clogging dirt in between your teeth. Brush the solution on your teeth, then rinse your mouth with water. Don’t forget to brush with regular toothpaste after to remove any solution residue.

Vinegar. Pour a tablespoon full of vinegar to an 8 ounce of water. Gargle the solution. The acid on the vinegar will whiten your teeth. Wash your mouth with regular toothpastes afterward.
